At Blackbough Swim, we want you to love your swimwear. If an item isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below. All return requests are reviewed and approved at our discretion based on these conditions.
How to Request a Return
Submit your request by emailing us at aloha@blackboughswim.com. Once it’s approved, ship the item to the address below and include your order number.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Item(s) were not purchased with a discount of 25% or more; item(s) labeled as FINAL SALE. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned. Note: Accessories and FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with hang tag and sanitary strip.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
- For U.S. orders, returns are sent to our Chicago warehouse: 3601 Jarvis Avenue, Skokie, IL 60076.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
If your return is related to quality control or service deliverability, please contact us at aloha@blackboughswim.com within 1 month of receipt.
