We accept returns for store credit if the item meets our eligibility criteria. If you reside in the US, we offer free return shipping via mail using prepaid shipping labels. For Philippine customers, returns are accepted for store credit, but the return delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer. For orders outside the US, we currently grant store credit without the need to return the items. See complete instructions for returns here.
