Blackbough Swim offers returns for STORE CREDIT only. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.
Should you wish to return items or convert issued store credit to a refund to the original payment method, please email our support team at aloha@blackboughswim.com within 14 days of the gift card issuance for approval and processing of the refund. All returns for cash refunds are subject to a 10% restocking and refund fee unless waived due to exceptional circumstances. Please note your order's original shipping charges are non-refundable, as this has already been paid to the courier for the initial delivery to you.
