How do I return my order?

For returns from within the USA:
1. Start by visiting our Returns Center.
2. Select the item(s) you want to return and indicate the reasons.
3. Confirm the final list of items to be returned and check the instructions on the page. You'll be sent an email confirmation with a link to the return instructions should you need them again.
4. Pack your items for return inside the original pouch. No need to include the box that came with it.
5. Head to any outpost or branch of the courier on the label and drop off your return.
6. Upon scan of your return package, you will be sent your store credit.
7. In some cases, select items may be eligible for a Keep Item option, allowing you to retain the item while still receiving a refund or store credit.

For returns from outside the USA:
1. Send an email to aloha@blackboughswim.com.
2. In the email, please indicate the items you will be returning, as well as your order number and order email.
3. The team will reply with a confirmation email detailing your return request, the return address and additional return instructions.
4. Head to any outpost or branch of the courier on the label and drop off your return.
5. Once you have shipped the items to our partner warehouse, please fill out the form we linked to in the confirmation email Don't forget to include the tracking details so we can confirm when it has reached our partner warehouse.
6. After the return shipment has been confirmed, please allow 2-5 business days after the item is received for us to process the store credit refund.
