Does Blackbough offer free returns?

We offer FREE returns for store credit for US customers. US customers can send their returns back to our warehouse using our prepaid return labels, and refunds are issued as store credit.

For customers in the Philippines and Asia, returns are accepted for store credit, but the return delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer.

For other orders outside the US, we currently grant store credit without the need to return the items.
