Does Blackbough offer free returns?

We offer FREE returns for store credit for US customers. US customers can send their returns back to our warehouse using our prepaid return labels, and refunds are issued as store credit.

For customers in the Philippines, returns are accepted for store credit, but the return delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer.

For other orders outside the US and Philippines, a 10% handling and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded store credit for all approved returns.
