My item was damaged or faulty!

All of our items are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at aloha@blackboughswim.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly include images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly. 

Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Furthermore, upon the discretion of our management, we can only offer refunds, store credit, or item replacements within 3 months of purchasing.
