Missing or incorrect items received

All orders are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch to ensure the items received are correct and complete. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at aloha@blackboughswim.com if your order arrived incomplete or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly include images showing the printed invoice along with the items received.

Furthermore, upon the discretion of our management, we can only offer refunds, store credit, or item replacements within 30 days of purchasing.
